REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE A RESERVATION
LOW SEASON
Provide the following information: name, phone number, address, check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms, and number of guests.
- Credit card (number, expiration date, security code) or make a cash deposit or bank transfer to the hotel’s account.
- The credit card will only be held as a guarantee, and no charge will be made until your arrival.
- Check cancellation policies
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
- Check-in : 3:00 PM
HIGH SEASON
- Provide the following information name, phone number, address, check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms, and number of guests.
- Credit card (number, expiration date, security code) or cash deposit or bank transfer to the hotel’s account.
- The credit card will be charged, or a cash deposit must be made to the hotel’s account for the total amount of the reservation.
- Check cancellation policies.
- Check-out: 12:00 PM.
- Check-in : 3:00 PM.
GROUPS RESERVATIONS
Groups must send the guest room list to reservaciones@hotelmayis.com at least 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail) at least 15 days before the guest’s arrival date. Groups of young people or students under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one responsible adult for every 8 minors and the group leaders must stay at the hotel.
The group organizer or the accompanying adult will be responsible for any damages caused to the property or items in the rooms and will be held accountable under the applicable laws and regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICIES-HOTEL MAYIS
All cancellations for low season must be requested in writing and sent by e-mail to reservaciones@hotelmayis.com, addressed to the reservations department. The cancellation will be processed under the following conditions if accepted:
- More than 7 days before the arrival date: No charge will be applied to your credit card.
- Less than 7 days before the arrival date: A 50% charge for one night per reserved room will be applied.
- 1 day before the arrival date: A 100% charge of one night per reserved room will be applied.
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: A charge of 100% for the total number of nights per reserved room will be applied.
- Early departure will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be given.
SPECIAL POLICIES FOR HOLIDAYS:
- Cancellations during high season (Christmas, New Year, Easter, summer vacations in July and August, Day of the Dead, and national holidays such as May 5th, March 21st, February 5th, September 16th, and November 20th) will result in a charge for the total amount of the reservation.
- For cancellations of reservations made on any of the holidays mentioned, the total amount will be charge unless the cancelation is made at least 15 days in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival date will result in a charge for the total amount of the reservation.
- No refunds will be given if the entire stay is not completed.

- Early departure will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be given. In the unfortunate case that a traveler becomes ill during their stay or needs to shorten their vacation, the guest will be responsible for any resulting costs.
